Our Dogs

Cinder is the first Puli to join us here at Emberdark and we couldn't be happier with her. Cinder has a vibrant zest for life and enjoys every outdoor activity you can imagine. If it's a lake, a river, a stream, the ocean, or a puddle, she would love to swim in it! And if you have a frisbee, stick, or ball to throw for her, even better!

Cinder spends her days trotting confidently around the house, keeping track of her many plush toys and snuggling on the couch, while also asking you to throw her toys. She's very resourceful, always listening, and always watching.

Cinder is cleared for her OFA hips and elbows.

Dune is the second Puli to arrive here at Emberdark, and came to us all the way from beautiful Budapest. When he arrived fresh off the plane he was nervous but quickly transitioned into life here in the states, and is now our incredibly fluffy, loveable boy.

Dune enjoys his toys and just wants to be where you are. If one of his housemates is in the way, he simply leaps right over them -- no need to walk around! He's not much for fetch, but he loves to get to the toys before the other Pulik can, and if it squeaks, all the better!

There is a reason sweet is in this little girl's name. Briar spends a good deal of time stalking and herding the other pulik in the house, but finds time to play with toys as well. A bit more reserved, she adores absolutely everything about being groomed; if you start splitting cords, you better be prepared. She will look devastated whenever you stop, and occasionally give you soft kisses to let you know you're petting her just right.
